Moodle packages for Mac OS X | Moodle downloads
These packages contain Moodle plus all the other software needed to make it run on a Mac: Apache, MySQL and PHP. They are built using MAMP.
Note: The MySQL version in the latest version of MAMP doesn't meet the minimum database requirements for Moodle 5.0. As a workaround the admin/environment.xml file is modified in Moodle4Mac 5.0. However, this may lead to unforeseen issues, so it should NOT be used on a production server.
